LXT is an emerging leader in AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations. We are hiring an Account Executive to drive new business across the low to mid-end of our prospect and client base, including SMBs, AI startups, and smaller enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a B2B sales role, ideally within technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of deals with varying complexity and shorter sales cycles
- Experience selling to SMBs, startups, or mid-market organizations
- Strong outbound mindset with a consistent track record of self-generating pipeline
- Strong discovery and active listening skills to identify business needs and align solutions
- CRM & Data Discipline: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and use of reporting tools to track performance
- Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Works effectively with SDRs and marketing to improve campaign alignment and conversion
