Director of Content Marketing & Media

Luxury Presence is seeking a Director of Content Marketing & Media to lead the content operation that powers its inbound pipeline and builds its audience. The successful candidate will own the content strategy that drives organic search traffic, MQLs, and pipeline contribution, and will be responsible for building and running a structured content operation that ships on schedule across all formats.

Requirements

• 7-12 years in content marketing, media, editorial, or demand generation environments
• Proven experience building content engines that drove measurable organic traffic, MQLs, and pipeline
• Track record growing social media audiences with platform-native content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Strong working knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, and how search algorithms affect content decisions
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content production, from ideation and drafting through optimization and repurposing
• Experience producing or overseeing video content, ideally YouTube or recurring show formats
• Track record of managing multi-format editorial operations: blogs, newsletters, webinars, lead magnets, research reports, and event content
• Experience building and managing content teams that include a mix of full-time staff, freelancers, and contributors
