Digital Coordinator for Lush Poland
Based in Poland / remote
18 months contract
40h full-time
Salary range: 8,000 - 11,000 PLN per month
Diversity matters
We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.
We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!
Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good. We put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.
The role
Lush Poland is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support the development and execution of our digital e-commerce services. This role requires strong analytical thinking and solid reporting skills. Guided by the European Digital Team Manager, you will implement the local merchandising strategy, respond to market trends and customer needs, and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.

Over time, you will gain experience working within international teams and contribute to the global success of Lush Digital.

Founded in 1995, Lush Ltd. is a British cosmetics retailer known for its commitment to ethical practices, fresh ingredients, and innovative handmade products. With a headquarters based in Poole, Dorset, the company has carved a niche as a pioneer in the beauty industry. Lush is celebrated for popularizing products such as the bath bomb, shower jellies, and solid shampoo bars, all crafted with the finest fresh fruits and vegetables, essential oils, and safe synthetics designed to be kind to both skin and the environment.

At Lush, we take a strong stance against animal testing, ensuring that our products are cruelty-free and sourced from suppliers who share our respect for animal welfare. Our mission is to create a cosmetics revolution; thus, we engage in initiatives to combat over-packaging by developing 'naked' products that can be sold without any packaging at all. This aligns with our dedication to sustainability and accountability in manufacturing, as we strive to leave the world lusher than we found it. Operating in over 51 countries, our ethical practices and innovative approach have allowed us to connect with customers who care about the planet as much as we do.
