About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Internal Tools roadmap within a fast-growing, AI-first technology organization. This role focuses on building and improving internal systems that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and engineering productivity.
What you'll do:
- Own the Internal Tools roadmap end-to-end (discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement)
- Identify inefficiencies across internal teams and translate them into product solutions
- Define success metrics and evaluate impact (e.g., ticket reduction, workflow improvements)
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure strong execution across the engineering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior engineering leadership
- Use data and AI tools to inform decisions and accelerate workflows
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager owning complex, multi-stakeholder products or internal platforms.
- Proven experience owning roadmaps and driving product outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to run healthy agile ceremonies
— planning, stand-up, retro, grooming — that drive decisions, not just status. - Fluent with Linear (or Jira) for issue tracking and roadmap management.
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude preferred, Mixpanel, PostHog, or equivalent acceptable).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including VP/C-level interaction.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with internal tools or platform products
- Exposure to AI-driven products or workflows.
What this Role Is NOT:
- This is not a customer-facing feature PM role. The bulk of the work isinternal tools.
- This is not a project coordinator or scrum master role — you must bringproduct thinking, not just ceremony facilitation.
- This is not a role that attends intake triage, monitors the intake board, orreviews daily ticket activity. The Engineering Manager owns that.
What you'll love:
- Remote job - work from anywhere in Latin America, no relocation required.
- USD payment (5k - 6k USD).
- Paid time off.
- Direct visibility with senior leadership.
- Strong culture of AI adoption and modern product practices.
