Lumen is seeking a Customer Success Advocate I to ensure small and medium-sized customers are successful in delivering on their critical business objectives through leveraging their current Lumen solutions.

- 2+ years customer success or account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
