Lumen is seeking a Customer Success Advocate I to ensure small and medium-sized customers are successful in delivering on their critical business objectives through leveraging their current Lumen solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer success or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve on behalf of customers
  • Technical aptitude to learn data networking technologies
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
