As the Director of Consulting Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our consulting services division.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational aspects of the business.
  • You will be instrumental in driving our consulting services to new heights.
  • This position is based in the USA and offers flexibility in terms of hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Once you join our team, you will:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute the strategic vision for the consulting services division, working closely with the executive team to align with the company's overall goals and growth objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in the development and execution of consulting projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise. You will be responsible for building a high-performing consulting team, setting performance standards, and ensuring the team's success in meeting client needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consulting services division, including project management, resource allocation, and financial performance. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of consulting services.
  • Business Growth: Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the consulting services portfolio. This includes identifying emerging industry trends and adapting our services accordingly.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in service delivery. You will implement best practices, quality control measures, and performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and project success.


Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a leadership role within a consulting services organization, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking. You should have a track record of inspiring and leading teams to success.
  • Warehouse Management Expertise: A deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions and delivering value to clients.
  • Client-Focused: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand client challenges and align solutions with their business objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to think strategically and set a clear vision for the consulting services division. You should be adept at identifying growth opportunities and driving the strategic direction of the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Business Development: A proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the warehousing and logistics industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
