About Lone Star Circle of Care
In 2001, Lone Star Circle of Care was founded on the promise of bringing quality, affordable healthcare to all Texas neighbors. What began as a response to a critical gap in healthcare access has grown into one of the largest federally qualified community health centers in Texas, serving patients across five counties and multiple Central Texas communities.
As a registered 501(c)(3) Texas nonprofit organization, Lone Star Circle of Care is dedicated to providing exceptional, accessible, patient-centered healthcare for individuals and families regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Their model is built on the belief that everyone deserves quality care, and they work tirelessly to eliminate barriers that prevent Texans from accessing the health services they need. The organization operates more than 20 clinic locations across Central Texas, including Austin, Bastrop, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Harker Heights, Hutto, Killeen, Marble Falls, Jonestown, Pflugerville, and Taylor. Accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized as Patient Centered Medical Homes by NCQA, Lone Star Circle of Care offers comprehensive services including family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, vision, endocrinology, senior care, and convenient care options. Their innovative Big Pink Bus mobile mammography program brings life-saving screenings directly to communities, exemplifying their commitment to reaching patients where they are and breaking down access barriers.
