Subcontract Administrator

You will serve as the Subcontract Administrator for our team, which is responsible for managing complex subcontracting activities that support critical program deployment, production, sustainment, and major equipment, construction, material, and services contracts.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for managing high volume subcontracting activities that enable development, production, and sustainment of critical programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Manage high volume, quick turn subcontracting activities from cradle to grave supporting critical programs.
• Coordinate with project managers and PP&C to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all procurements comply with Company policy and LMAP procedures.
• Provide on site support as needed to address critical customer requirements.

• Ability to handle high volume, quick-turn procurements
• Ability to multi-task, take on challenging assignments, and respond to customers needs in a timely manner.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers daily.
Desired Skills:

SAP/S4 HANA experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle high volume, quick-turn purchases while maintaining great attention to details.
  • Experience with supply chain and government procurement.

  Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
  Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
  Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
