Description:

You will be the Subcontract Administrator Staff for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for managing complex subcontracting activities that support major equipment, construction, material and services contracts.

As the Subcontract Administrator Staff you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract lifecycle activities and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage subcontract agreements from inception to closeout.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define scope, schedule, and pricing.

  • Monitor subcontract performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

  • Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in subcontract processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience purchasing under FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures.

• Expertise in building trades, materials, industrial gases, machinery, and maintenance.

• Proactive attitude with excellent customer‑service skills.

• Ability to manage a challenging workload efficiently and effectively.

• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.

• Self‑starter who thrives as an excellent team player.

• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with SAP or an equivalent system.

• Willingness to travel as required.

Desired Skills:

• SAP S4 HANA/P2P

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Leadership skills

• Demonstrated delegation of authority

• Requirement documentation experience

• Experience with supply chain and government procurement. Strong time management, organizational skills, effective verbal, and communication skills are essential.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
