We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to own our marketing strategy end-to-end, scale paid and organic channels, and elevate our global brand presence. This role is critical to our next stage of growth and requires someone who can balance performance-driven execution with long-term brand building.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Marketing Manager (or above) in a DTC e-commerce environment
- Hands-on Shopify experience (required)
- Experience managing a team of at least 3 members
- Direct experience marketing to the US market (AU experience is a bonus)
- Proven ability to scale Meta and Google campaigns profitably
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Comfortable with creative strategy, funnel optimization, and rapid experimentation
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- Passion for adventure, travel, or the outdoors is a big plus
