About the role

We are looking for a Senior Dot Net Full Stack Engineer with deep technical expertise and a proactive mindset to lead complex engineering projects from development through release. You will be hands-on with code, responsible for building robust and scalable microservices, while also taking ownership of project timelines, delivery milestones, and release cycles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and is passionate about driving solutions end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using C#/.NET and Node.js.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions for PI (Personal Information) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product to align technical execution with business goals.
• Own the project delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, code reviews, QA sign-offs, and release management.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application scalability and security.
• Drive technical excellence through continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core.
• Proven experience developing microservices in production environments.
• Strong expertise in Node.js for backend microservice development.
• Solid grasp of design patterns, system architecture, and software lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated experience in owning projects, driving them to completion, and ensuring on-time releases.

Good to Have

Technical Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.

• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example.
