We're seeking a motivated Technical Salesforce Business Analyst to be the bridge between business needs and cutting-edge technical solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. What you'll do
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
● Translate business requirements provided by Project Managers and Stakeholders into detailed Salesforce Technical Administrator and Development User Stories. This will facilitate a seamless transition, enabling the Salesforce Development team to effectively assess, plan, and implement solutions.
● Analyze and optimize existing business processes leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
● Partner with developers, administrators, and technical teams during design, configuration, and deployment phases.
● Create clear, comprehensive documentation—including process flows, use cases, and technical specs.
● Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle—from requirements and design to testing and deployment.
● Provide end-user training, support, and guidance to maximize Salesforce adoption and efficiency.
● Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and continuous improvement initiatives.
● Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices to ensure our solutions remain innovative and effective
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce or cloud implementation experience.
- Transform business requirements from Project Managers and Stakeholders into detailed Salesforce Technical Administrator and Development User Stories/Proven experience translating PM Requirements into Admin/Dev Tickets for Salesforce (Litify/SF)
- The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive stakeholder management, and proficiency with process tools to facilitate clear
- Communication, accurate scope definition, and efficient delivery.
- Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. -Skilled in translating business needs into detailed process flows, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—able to liaise effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data modeling proficiency and a solid grasp of database concepts.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus, especially:
○ Salesforce System Administrator (Required)
○ Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred)
○ Additional Salesforce certifications (Plus)
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration
