The Phone Operator position is one of the first ways we can provide Red Carpet treatment to all of our clients. Phone operators will be answering incoming calls from our clients and ensure they get directed to the correct team to answer their questions or address concerns.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- In charge of answering all inbound calls /text messages.
-Provide clients with Red Carpet customer service
-Transfer calls to the appropriate team member
-Document calls with messages to the team member
-Create a task for Client Coordinator or Document Specialist if they are unable to take the call
Skills/Abilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-World-class customer service skills
-Positive attitude
-Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
-Bilingual (Spanish - English)
Pay rate: $5/hr
Full time job: 40 hours x week / 8 hours x day + 1 hour of lunch (Unpaid)-
Schedule: Full availability from Monday to Sunday / Window from 7 am to 10 pm EST (This schedule will be rotating so we need someone open to work 5 days a week and any shift assigned by the team)
