About the Role
The Phone Operator is the front door to the client experience and often the very first impression of our brand. This position sets the tone for “Red Carpet” service by being a knowledgeable, calm, and welcoming presence for every inbound call or text. Operators listen actively, communicate clearly, and quickly understand each client’s needs so they feel heard, valued, and confident they’ve reached the right place.
Beyond routing inquiries, this role is about ownership of the client journey from the first hello. Phone Operators anticipate needs, resolve simple questions when possible, and seamlessly connect clients to the right teams when deeper support is required. Their ability to balance efficiency with warmth ensures every interaction is smooth, professional, and leaves clients with trust in our service making this role a critical driver of client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Your Key Contributions
- Answering all inbound calls /text messages promptly and courteously, determining the nature of the call and directing it to the appropriate department to team member
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and conduct when handling client information.
- Provide clients with Red Carpet customer service
- Document calls with messages to the team members ensuring that all information is communicated and handled promptly
- Handle multiple calls and requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely responses
- When applicable, create a task in case management system to be directed to other department(s) if they aren’t available at that given time to ensure resolution to client’s request
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bilingual (Spanish English) – B1-B2
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- World class customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and direct them when appropriate
