Position Summary

Lirio is the leader in behavior change AI, combining behavioral science with artificial intelligence to move people to better health. Through Precision Nudging™, our intelligent behavior change journeys assemble and deliver personalized behavioral interventions to overcome unique barriers to engaging with and acting on health recommendations. By scaling personalized interventions, our clients deliver patient-focused experiences that initiate and drive sustained behaviors across their entire population, optimizing patient engagement, closing gaps in care, lowering costs, and measurably improving health outcomes.

The Technical Project Manager is a delivery-focused role on the Growth team responsible for turning marketing and growth initiatives into successful clients with measurable outcomes. This Technical Project Manager (TPM) oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders. They manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while leveraging technical expertise to guide software development, infrastructure, or IT projects for Lirio clients. This TPM owns end-to-end execution for cross-functional projects such as new product launches, product updates, new client launches, including data/integration and technical scoping work. The role drives day-to-day project management rigor (scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk), runs launch readiness and QA/UAT, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures work is deployed reliably with clear documentation and handoffs. Success in this role means faster, smoother launches; cleaner data; and repeatable operating rhythms that enable Lirio to scale at a start-up pace.

This is a remote role with the opportunity to be hybrid if located in Tennessee. All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • Operationalize Sales/Delivery Queue: intake/prioritization, Queue Dashboard across Lirio Departments, tracking plans, launch checklists, and post-test readouts.
  • Improve data quality and process integrity by defining standards (SOP’s) and process documentation; monitor and addressing gaps.
  • Support vendor/partner management where applicable (implementation partners, analytics tools), including timelines, deliverables, and change control.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials for PMO operations and workflows.
