What’s unique about this role?
The Relativity Infrastructure Engineer manages multiple on-premises Relativity Server instances, Relativity One instances, and is a key contributor to expanding into new geolocations on-premises and in the cloud. As Lighthouse continues to elevate the service level objectives for all Relativity environments, this Engineer will be implementing changes to improve performance, enhance monitoring, strengthen security, and maintain stability. The Engineer will work with the Relativity Infrastructure Architect and other Relativity Infrastructure Engineers to complete these goals, reporting progress on a two-week sprint basis. They will also be key in troubleshooting high-impact production incidents and issues escalated by the Application Support team.
This Engineer should have extensive experience in troubleshooting Relativity issues, working with Relativity Support, and deep knowledge of the Relativity infrastructure. They will mentor Senior App Support Engineers by teaching the detailed workings of Relativity to further troubleshooting expertise while bringing them into infrastructure project work when possible. The Engineer will ideally share their SQL scripting knowledge with the team and use PowerShell to distribute and automate infrastructure changes. As Lighthouse utilizes more resources within Azure, the Engineer will be given opportunities to expand their knowledge in Azure native services, Terraform, and other cloud computing tools and practices.
