Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact, and we’re redefining what it means to be a Program Manager. Our Program Strategy & Operations (S&O) leaders are not simply trackers of timelines, they are strategic and operational copilots to the Asset Entrepreneurs who drive each of our therapeutic programs.

You will be the connective tissue across a single-threaded asset team, transforming rich, cross-functional information into sharper strategy and faster high-quality execution. Your work will directly determine how quickly we bring our first-in-class natural-product-derived medicines to the patients who need them most.

What You’ll Do

• Translate complexity into clarity by distilling scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into actionable insights and forward-leaning decisions
• Own program execution end-to-end, identifying obstacles as efficiently as possible and doing whatever it takes to keep the program moving - whether that’s coordinating cross-functional dependencies, engaging with CRO partners, or designing dashboards that keep everyone aligned
• Operate as a strategic thought partner to your Asset Entrepreneur, anticipating inflection points, modeling alternative scenarios, and helping to determine when to accelerate, pivot, or pause based on data and risk
• Bring rigor and readiness to every forum, from Board updates to investor discussions,by delivering crisp data-driven slides, concise summaries, and decision-focused analyses
• Maintain disciplined documentation and operational clarity, capturing key decisions, assumptions, and benchmarks while keeping dashboards, trackers, and updates accurate, accessible, and action-ready for asynchronous alignment
• Contribute to Enveda’s institutional intelligence, documenting benchmarks, best practices, and learnings that make each future program faster and smarter

Your success will be measured not by the number of meetings you run, but by the speed, quality, and strategic depth of the asset’s decision-making and associated progress.

You Get to Collaborate On

• Asset Development Strategy and Execution: Partner directly with the Asset Entrepreneur to define and evolve the development plan from IND-enabling studies through clinical development
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with functional experts in clinical, translational, regulatory, and CMC to ensure seamless integration of science and execution
• External Operations: Manage relationships with CROs, consultants, and strategic partners to ensure deliverables stay on track and aligned with program priorities
• Organizational Learning: Contribute to the growing body of operational knowledge and rewrite our own playbook based on Enveda’s unique discovery and development engine
• Cultural Stewardship: Model curiosity, agency, and unity, creating a high-trust environment that amplifies creativity and accountability

In short, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, science, and operations, where decisions move the needle on both the program and the company.

You Might Be a Fit if You

• Experienced in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio or asset strategy, management consulting, or operations
• Have demonstrated the ability to synthesize information across disciplines and propose clear, data-driven strategic options
• Are known for your bias for action - gaps don’t linger around you; you move fast, collaboratively, and can’t rest until they’re resolved
• Have excellent communication skills and are able to craft compelling data driven slides, write crisp summaries, and lead discussions that drive decisions
• Leverage AI and digital tools effectively, using them to organize complexity, analyze data, accelerate workflows, and sharpen decision-making. You see AI not as a novelty, but as a multiplier of human judgment and creativity
• Your experience enables you to contribute meaningfully to high-level, long-term strategic decision-making, but you’re equally willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen when needed
• Thrive in ambiguity and move fluidly between strategic vision and tactical execution
• Display emotional intelligence, humility, and integrity, leading through collaboration, not control
• Bring intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and a sense of optimism that lifts the team
