Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or admissions coordination environment
- Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders or behavioral health needs preferred
- Experience with healthcare admissions, referral coordination, or insurance verification preferred
- Training or familiarity with motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, or crisis communication preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual language skills preferred
