LI.FI is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to join their People & Operations team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on generalist who thrives in ambiguity, builds from first principles, and thinks AI-first when solving operational challenges. The role involves owning a wide range of people ops topics, including HR operations, performance management, employee relations, and payroll processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a tech company (SaaS, fintech, or similar)
- Proven experience in a scale-up or startup environment
- Strong understanding of European employment complexity: multi-country workforces, EOR models, and contractor management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fully remote, async-first team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp sense for numbers
