LOCATION: This is a full-time, Remote position. Lexitas provides a fully equipped home office setup, including a company-issued laptop.

PAY RANGE: $105k-$120k/yr plus Commission

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lexitas is seeking an experienced and driven Selling Sales Director to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives while actively managing and growing a personal book of business. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and understands how to balance coaching, execution, and revenue growth.

As a Selling Sales Director, you will partner closely with senior sales leadership to execute regional and national sales strategies, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable growth across key strategic markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with organizational goals and strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives to ensure consistent achievement of sales and service objectives.
  • Direct the implementation and execution of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Regularly evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development to drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively manage and grow a personal book of assigned clients and prospects in alignment with established goals.
  • Ensure sales communications are coordinated, effective, and aligned with approved budgets and expenditure guidelines.
  • Recommend and implement sales strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and emerging trends, with a strong focus on strategic markets.
  • Follow approved lead distribution models and multi-channel selling strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support organizational initiatives and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Five (5) or more years of successful sales management experience; experience in legal services or legal support strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and managing sales processes end-to-end.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position oversees all of Account Executives within their team. Shares responsibility for their personal productivity and financial results, as well as the financial results for all of the business units in their region.
