Lexidy is seeking a Growth Marketer to support and coordinate growth initiatives across B2C and B2B channels. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles and a strong analytical mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
• Experience working across both B2C and B2B marketing models.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions.
• Paid media (Meta, Google)
• SEO fundamentals
• Email and CRM marketing
• Funnel optimization and growth experimentation
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
