Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Lead UX strategy and execution on the company's hardest design problems across high-impact product areas
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and elegant experiences
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Data teams from concept to launch
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Set design strategy and the appropriate level of risk for each bet, unlocking product and brand outcomes at company scale
  • Mentor and support other designers; help raise design quality across the team
  • Define and maintain design systems and standards; codify new playbooks and forge governance where none exists
  • Conduct and leverage user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Communicate design vision and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels; rally stakeholders around realistic, inspiring visions

Your Toolbox

  • 8+ years of experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
  • Proven track record of leading design for complex, scalable digital products without established playbooks
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail
  • Ability to reason with broad technical concepts from the software engineering field

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $175,600.00 - $219,500, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
  • This position may be eligible for bonuses.
  • This position may be eligible for commissions.
  • This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
