Germany onlyWe're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our cross-functional team to shape the direction and evolution of our infrastructure. You'll work with EKS on AWS, IaC principles, and robust deployment pipelines to deliver scalable and compliant solutions that empower our partners to innovate and bring investment opportunities to millions across Europe.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu
- Experience in AWS networking, core services (e.g., RDS, S3), and IAM security best practices
- Skilled in managing Kubernetes (we use EKS) and are excited to maintain and evolve enterprise-scale platforms with best practices for security, privacy, monitoring, and CI/CD
- Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and are comfortable working with tools like DataDog to implement metrics, tracing, and robust monitoring solutions
- Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including AWS services like RDS and RedShift, and know how to integrate them into highly performant and secure infrastructure
- Familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation tools, including ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions, and use them to streamline operations and improve developer productivity
- Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable platforms while working as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience with existing codebase and able to quickly familiarize yourself, identifying areas to improve and contribute effectively
- Team player with a proven ability to work together as a team, share knowledge, and provide mentorship
