We're hiring a Workplace & Event Manager to run our Paris HQ, two unique spaces, and a +€500k events budget. The role involves giving a 5-star experience to team members, managing the office environment, and planning unforgettable events. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, is fluent in French and English, and is adaptable and coachable.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Built for fast-paced and able to operate in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Get shit done energy and ability to move fast
  • Organised to the bone and able to manage budgets, vendors, inventories, and calendars
  • A 'wow' obsessive and attention to detail
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
