We are a fast-growing software integration platform that helps professionals automate workflows and connect the software they rely on every day. We support thousands of users across real estate and related industries by streamlining sales, marketing, and back-office processes.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team. This is a customer-facing, highly interactive role where you’ll help users configure integrations, troubleshoot issues, and get the most value from their software subscriptions.
This position is fully remote and works U.S. business hours.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via Zoom, email, and phone
- Guide new clients through setup, configuration, and best practices for software integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support when needed
- Handle an average of 30–50 emails and 5–10 calls per day
- Document issues and solutions clearly to improve the internal knowledge base and self-service resources
- Track and report data to identify trends and help evolve customer experience metrics
- Participate in customer training sessions and cross-functional projects
- Work flexibly and embrace experimentation in a fast-growing startup environment
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in software customer support or technical support
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for solving technical problems
- Familiarity with software integrations, APIs, or related troubleshooting concepts
- Experience using AI tools
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze issues from multiple angles
Nice to Have
- Background in real estate or prop-tech
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, back-office management, accounting, or finance software
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- Experience writing process documentation or help articles
