We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to maintain, support, and enhance core SaaS applications used by financial institutions in the real estate and mortgage lending industry.
Requirements
- Prioritize, document, and communicate software issues—including escalations—to the development team in a timely manner.
- Ensure integrity between core applications and ancillary systems to minimize operational risk and business disruption.
- Maintain deep knowledge of microservice-based architectures and understand the service impact of component failures.
- Identify trends in service disruptions using APM metrics and recommend improvements to technical leadership.
- Manage and optimize APM dashboards, proposing enhancements that improve system performance and reliability.
- Serve as a technical resource for the installation and support of proprietary and third-party applications across business units (banking, lending, mortgage, accounting, investment services).
- Develop custom solutions and tools that increase efficiency, accuracy, service levels, and automation.
- Support system monitoring, logging, and debugging processes across services and environments.
- Utilize DXI tools (e.g., FullStory) to drive insights and improve platform performance and user experience.
