United States onlyKodex is seeking a Manager, Product to lead our product organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Delivery, you will be responsible for defining the overarching product strategy and managing a high-performing Product team.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of Product experience and 5+ years of people management experience
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of API design, secure data exchange protocols, and the practical application of AI/ML in a B2B SaaS environment
- Analytical Rigor: Proven track record of using data analytics to drive product strategy and improve user outcomes
- Compliance Expertise: Experience building products within highly regulated industries (FinTech, GovTech, or HealthTech) where data privacy and security are paramount
