POSITION EXPECTATIONS KNR’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. The BCBAs perform assessments, develop treatment plans, lead and supervise a team of therapists, train staff, and work with parents and families.
PRINCIPLES OF PRACTICE: • Do No Harm• Be Accountable• Set Healthy Boundaries• Take Responsibility• Foster Positive Supervision• Communicate with Empathy• Inspire and Empower• Foster Engagement PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans• Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions• Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff• Work collaboratively with members of the child’s team, family, and other professionals• Provide regular training to families and caregivers• Provide initial and ongoing training to therapists• Write reports and maintain client records• Create materials as needed to support program implementation• Provide BCBA Supervision as needed (training and support provided)• Ensure internal policies are followed QUALIFICATIONS • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)• Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism• Must be Medicaid Certified • Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs• Experience with various assessment tools and Central Reach• Strong leadership skills• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

REMOTE HYBRID CONSIDERATIONS

  • We will pay mileage for your commute if it is over 20 miles to our Columbus center
  • You MUST commit to being in our Columbus center at least one day each week
  • Remote hybrid options are available to those living within a 2 hour radius of Columbus, GA
  • Viable candidates MUST be residents of the state of GA
  • Candidates living in states other than GA cannot be considered for this position
