We are seeking a Skills Coach to support learners on the Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeships. The role involves coaching emerging leaders to develop core management skills, create inclusive learning environments, and support learners to build confidence in communication, problem-solving, and team motivation.
Requirements
- Experience delivering apprenticeship standards (ideally TL3 and/or ODM5) or professional development programmes
- Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities (communication, performance management, problem-solving, team leadership)
- Ability to coach and support adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Minimum GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
