Requirements
- Design and develop curriculum content aligned to the Business Analyst apprenticeship standard and EPA requirements
- Deliver engaging online workshops, group learning sessions, and learner coaching
- Support learners to apply business analysis techniques within real workplace environments
- Collaborate with the Curriculum Innovation Manager and Digital Learning Team to create engaging learning materials and digital assets
- Monitor learner progress, conduct tripartite reviews, and support learners towards successful completion and EPA readiness
- Contribute to standardisation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activity across programmes
- Build positive working relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues across the organisation
- Maintain accurate learner records and support compliance requirements
