We're looking for a Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance processes and ensure every learner receives an exceptional learning experience. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring our programmes meet Ofsted expectations, sector best practice, and our own high standards.
Requirements
- IQA qualification (V1 / IQA Award)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted EIF and quality assurance in apprenticeships
- Experience leading IQA processes and managing IQA/assessment teams
- Experience conducting OTLAs and providing developmental feedback
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and the learning journey
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in English & Maths
- Knowledge of wider regulatory requirements (GDPR, Prevent, safeguarding)
