Requirements

• Develop product knowledge certification programs
• Design and facilitate bootcamps, labs, and workshop style classroom training
• Drive transformation activities to ensure effective adoption of product lines
• Consult and collaborate with internal teams
• Design and maintain knowledge and documentation management systems and processes
• Develop reporting metrics, including learner assessments and an operational dashboard
• Coach and mentor new instructors
