Junior Analyst, Asset Management

King Energy is a leader in multi-tenant commercial solar and is looking for a Junior Analyst to join their Asset Management team. The role involves ensuring accurate reporting, automating workflows, and managing relationships with contractors and property managers. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience in operations, finance, or analytical roles and strong Excel and Salesforce skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience post university in operations, finance, or analytical role
• Strong Excel skills, including running and cleaning up monthly production reports
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and ability to navigate records, build reports, and keep data clean
• Self-starter with clear written communication and genuine curiosity
• Project management experience, formal or scrappy, a plus
• Degree or background in finance, economics, engineering, or quantitative field a plus
• Interest in solar, clean energy, or commercial real estate a plus
• Knowledge of AI automation and willingness to use tools like Claude a plus
