Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / diploma or comparable experience in technical writing, adult Education, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience
- Intermediate working knowledge of Maestro software
- Working knowledge of databases and data models
- Project management skills and or working towards certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work with tight deadlines when necessary
- Knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy
