Principal Solutions Architect – NetSuite

About Kimberlite Partners, LLC
At Kimberlite Partners, we help businesses maximize the value of NetSuite — faster deployments, seamless integrations, and support that actually solves problems. As a certified NetSuite Alliance Partner, we deliver practical ERP solutions tailored to how your business runs — not how software thinks it should.
We specialize in NetSuite services for:
  • Software & SaaS Companies — streamline billing, subscriptions, and operations
  • Professional Services Firms — manage projects, resources, and margins with clarity
  • Manufacturing & Distribution — gain control over inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain
  • Fire & Life Safety Companies — meet industry-specific needs with custom workflows
Our team includes the original leaders behind Demand Solutions Group (DSG) — DSG multi-year NetSuite Solution Provider of the year winner and creators of the Managed Application Consulting (MAC) method. That means decades of hands-on ERP experience brought directly to your project. Whether you're implementing NetSuite for the first time or optimizing a live environment, we bring clarity, speed, and accountability to every step.

Change Management & Customer Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through organizational and process change tied to ERP adoption.
  • Communicate complex solution concepts clearly and confidently to both executive and functional audiences.
  • Partner with customers to drive user adoption, ensuring successful go-lives and long-term satisfaction.
Collaboration & Growth

In today's fast-paced business environment, many organizations struggle to adapt and scale their service offerings to meet the demands of the subscription economy. They face challenges with generating predictable recurring revenue, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and retaining clients long-term. This is where Kimberlite Partners steps in. Our customers, primarily Software Publishers and Solution Providers, need a proven path to transition from reactive, project-based services to a proactive, subscription-based model. We understand these challenges because our founding team previously built Demand Solutions Group (DSG) into NetSuite's top Solution Provider and were the architects behind NetSuite's own successful Managed Application Consulting (MAC) offering, Advanced Customer Support (ACS). This first-hand experience provides our clients with unparalleled insights and a time-tested playbook for success.

At Kimberlite Partners, we help you find the 'diamonds' in your existing customer base by implementing our MAC framework. This approach is designed to transform your professional services into a recurring revenue stream, significantly boosting your Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while reducing customer churn. We don't just offer advice; we provide a combination of strategic consulting, system solutions, and even a white-label delivery team to help you develop, execute, and manage your own MAC solution. For companies that rely on NetSuite, we offer DiamondCare, a high-touch, flexible managed service that ensures you are maximizing your investment in the platform. Our goal is to empower your business with the strategies and tools needed to not only survive but thrive in the competitive subscription landscape, fostering sustainable growth and building lasting customer relationships.
