Requirements
- UK qualified solicitor, with a minimum of 6 years PQE
- Excellent drafting skills
- Sound knowledge of the key principles and risks associated with the provision of technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate legal principles into simple, practical guidance
- Experience structuring, drafting and leading negotiations of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS and technology services contracts, with the ability to outline the key risk areas associated with the same
- Experience supporting Sales and Professional Services functions within a technology or SaaS business preferable
- Experience working within a global in-house legal team preferable
- Comfortable operating at pace in a fast-moving commercial environment with the ability to manage competing priorities
