About the position

The Specialized Solutions Architect leads cross-functional teams in designing and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific customer requirements. They contribute to and enforce best practices for solution architecture and implementation, develop technical documentation, and represent the company at industry events.

The position is based in the United States and can be performed remotely. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Contribute to and enforce best practices for solution architecture and implementation.
  • Develop technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and trends.
  • Mentor and develop junior Solutions Architects.
  • Drive continuous improvement of technical processes and methodologies.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery and support.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
  • Mastery of industry trends, company strategy, and future direction.
  • Proficient understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Proficient with Active Directory Certificate Services Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux.
  • Proficient in scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Proficient in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
  • Proficient in business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to innovate at a high level, lead large-scale projects, and mentor senior team members.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
