Compliance Program Manager - Remote

Keolis is hiring a Corporate Compliance Program Manager to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. The role involves creating and maintaining written policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments and internal audits, and developing action plans to address adverse findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 5 years’ progressive transit experience within a public transit system
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Knowledgeable with DOT policies, FMCSA, FTA, OSHA, NIMS, EPA standards, ADA requirements, and other safety regulations and industry standards
