Pharmacovigilance Analyst (Fixed-Term/ Home Based Position)

What you will do
The Pharmacovigilance Specialist will support the Local Pharmacovigilance Organization in several LPV operations and compliance tasks related to the vigilance of the Kenvue product portfolio under the umbrella of the Local Safety Officers (LSOs). The LPVEx Specialist will work in close partnership with the LPVEx group, Regional Heads and Local Safety Teams to centralize activities to ensure consistent operations approach across the regions in alignment with the LPV processes for areas of responsibility, enabling process optimization and increasing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support the LSO on applicable operational tasks and coordinate communications to the LPV Organization. Work in close partnership with members of LPV across all regions to ensure a global consistent approach for Safety.
- Manage review of procedural documents to meet global standards and local applicable requirements as applicable.
- Support LSOs on the creation of global/regional procedural documents.
- Ensure maintenance of LPV Training Curricula and LPV Training Matrix.
- Guide the LSOs on investigations and conduct root cause analysis to ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy content.
- Maintain oversight of LPV owned investigations and CAPAs and ensure timely completion and closure of records.
- Contribute and oversee timely delivery of the requested Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) annexes per PV regions.
- Manage LPV members information (new hires, termination, etc.) on global data base and generate necessary LPV lists.
- Oversee ESI/SSI tracking decisions of submission for Health Authorities made by the LSOs, ensuring that the tracker is completed.
- Support preparing compliance oversight reports and facilitate regional meetings needed.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
·Required Qualifications
oQualification in Medical/ Health Sciences and/or proven equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance and safety issue management
oA minimum of 2 years’ experience.
oFluent communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus.
oAbility to connect in a global organization.
oComputer literate with knowledge of relevant IT safety systems.

oProven ability to organize workflow activities.
oAwareness of and familiarity with industry principles of product vigilance, drug development, and pharmacology.
oKnowledge of global, regional, and local procedural documents as applicable.
oGood verbal and written communication skills.
oAbility to establish and maintain open relationships within the organization.
