As the Support Operations Manager in Singapore, Singapore, this mid‑level role contributes to customer service execution while collaborating with senior leaders. The position focuses on scalable processes, measurable outcomes, and cross‑functional coordination to support growth in Singapore and the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate CSAT/NPS via service design, QA, and knowledge management.
- Translate quarterly goals into clear plans, cadences, and dashboards.
- Use data to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and track outcomes against OKRs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and People Operations to unblock execution.
- Own day‑to‑day vendor interactions and support compliant, efficient processes.
- Prepare succinct updates and materials for leadership reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology with 4+ years leading managers.
- Proven track record building programs at regional or global scale.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience in professional services or recruitment industry is an advantage.
