Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Establish the company's presence in the German and Austrian EV charging markets from scratch
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, identifying priority customer segments and distribution channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including property developers, facility managers, installers, and charge point operators
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and workplace charging segments

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the EV charging industry or electric automotive sector
- Demonstrated track record of generating sales and meeting/exceeding targets
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within technical or electrical products
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and close deals independently
- Comfortable working autonomously and "rolling up your sleeves" in a startup-like environment
- Native or fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's licence
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Qualifikationen & Anforderungen:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- 5-10 Jahre nachgewiesene Vertriebserfahrung in der E-Ladebranche oder im Elektrofahrzeugsektor
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Umsatzgenerierung und beim Erreichen/Übertreffen von Zielen
- Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit technischen oder elektrischen Produkten
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und Geschäfte eigenständig abzuschließen
- Komfortables Arbeiten in Eigenregie und Bereitschaft zum "Anpacken" in einem startup-ähnlichen Umfeld
- Muttersprachlich oder fließend Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich)

- Gültiger Führerschein
