Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Communication:
- Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.
 - Engage via email with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
 - Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp - training provided) to track and manage data effectively.
 
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
 - Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
 
Sales Process Analysis: (Training provided, no experience necessary)
- Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance.
 - Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques.
 - Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness.
 
Partnership Development (Training provided, no experience necessary)
- Assist a business development manager in identifying and establishing partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market.
 - Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings.
 - Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives
 - Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth
 
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development
 - Contribute to process improvement initiatives
 - Support training and development programs for sales team members
