As Channel Expert, you will determine channel strategy, monitor KPIs, and translate complex AI and search developments into understandable insights for colleagues and stakeholders within Digital Sales and beyond.
Requirements
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, vector search, AI-ranking, and conversational retrieval.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA mechanisms and how AI changes them.
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and the impact on organic visibility.
- Broad practical experience in digital marketing: SEO, SEA, content marketing, marketing automation, and CRM.
- Experience in interpreting search behavior, intent analysis, and customer journeys.
- Prompt engineering and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate technical AI insights into understandable strategies for stakeholders.
- Strong in knowledge sharing: experience in training and advising marketing teams.
- Actively follows the evolution of AI search engines, LLM behavior, and agentic systems and translates this proactively into recommendations for KBC.
