KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly skilledSenior SAP PP Consultant (Production Planning)with strong expertise in end-to-end SAP PP processes. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth functional knowledge ofProduction Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI/COmodules. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation ofSAP PP moduleto support business processes.
- Conductrequirement gathering workshopswith business stakeholders and document functional specifications.
- Perform systemconfiguration, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), and defect resolution.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, PM, FI/CO).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliverenhancements, custom developments, and process automation.
- Provideproduction supportand resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize business impact.
- Assist indata migration, cutover planning, and go-live support.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to business users.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP PP innovations,S/4HANA capabilities, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP consulting experience, including at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementations.
- Strong expertise inMaster Data Management (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions).
- Deep understanding ofMRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Order Execution.
- Experience inS/4HANA PP and PP-DSis highly preferred.
- Knowledge ofMES integration, Variant Configuration, and Batch Managementis a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in aremote global delivery model.
Preferred
- SAPcertification in Production Planning.
- Experience inPharma, Automotive, or FMCG industries.
- Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies.
