Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior or Principal Full Stack Developer to take a leadership role in architecting, developing, and integrating a cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position requires deep technical expertise across the full software stack, strategic vision for scalable enterprise solutions, and proven experience driving ERP system initiatives from concept to production. The ideal candidate will mentor teams, lead complex integrations, and influence technology direction.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of comprehensive ERP solutions across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.
-Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs to support modular ERP components and third-party integrations.
-Oversee UI/UX design collaboration to deliver engaging and accessible user experiences.
-Architect and execute ERP integration strategies, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability with other enterprise systems.
-Guide database architecture and optimization to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.
-Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring systems to guarantee application availability and performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across all system layers.
-Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
-Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
-Drive documentation standards for system design, APIs, and integration workflows.
-Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ERP, full stack development, and cloud infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
-6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on ERP system development and integration.
-Expert proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) alongside HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Advanced back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
-Strong track record of designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and complex integrations.
-In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
-Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems.
-Proficient with version control (Git) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and communication proficiency.
Preferred Skills
-Demonstrated leadership in ERP development projects or building ERP platforms from the ground up.
-Expertise in enterprise security standards including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
-Experience working within Agile frameworks and mentoring technical teams.
-Relevant ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, NetSuite) highly desirable.
