Creative Account Manager - WFH

The successful candidate will work closely with brands and retailers to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. This role requires a balance of client management, creative insight, and operational excellence to support ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver day-to-day operational requirements for clients across all projects.
  -Own the briefing process and coordinate creative proposals, including development, negotiation, evaluation, and recommendations.
  -Assist the creative team by consolidating insights from multiple sources into clear, actionable presentations.
  -Conduct market research, analyze trends, and benchmark against competitors.
  -Contribute to the design thinking process and help create inspirational design presentations.
  -Create and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying risks and tracking milestones.
  -Ensure agreements are maintained, and all project documentation is organized.
  -Perform regular competitive evaluations to inform strategy and creative direction.
  -Foster strong working relationships internally and externally.
