The Account Manager will lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts meeting leads, pitching our innovative HR solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. If youre passionate about building strong client connections and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage business owners and executives in Singapore and other developed markets.
  • Conduct virtual sales pitches, presentations, and consultations to showcase our solutions.
  • Understand client pain points and position our offerings as the strategic solution.
  • Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to provide data-driven insights and suggestions that enhance sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the operations and onboarding teams
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking in the CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and client messaging.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling or B2B client engagement.
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to manage leads and track activities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing solutions is a plus.
  • Must be able to start immediately (no notice period).
