Interior Designer (Singapore-Based Experience Preferred) - WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design proposals, mood boards, and concept presentations.
  -Produce high-quality 3D visualisations using SketchUp and rendering softwares like enscape, D5 or equivalent.
  -Prepare accurate technical drawings, detailed plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
  -Create layout plans, material specifications, and design packages for both commercial and residential projects.
  -Coordinate design intent with internal teams and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
  -Revise and refine designs based on team or client feedback.
  Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  -Manage workload independently while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing commercial and residential projects.
  -Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  -Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, D5 (or other equivalent rendering software) AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  -Strong design sense, attention to detail, and understanding of space planning.
  -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  -Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; a strong team player.
  -Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
