What a Typical Day Could Look Like
The Hospitality Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing innovative hospitality initiatives across all multifamily communities, delivering extraordinary service that fuels resident satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role champions the company’s 5% distinction—going beyond expectations through intentional, elevated experiences that engage all five senses and create lasting emotional connections. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality mindset, brand experience, and the ability to activate bold, immersive resident engagement programs with a national footprint.
5% Distinction and Sensory Engagement:
- Elevate resident experience by integrating the five senses—sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste—into community programming, leasing experiences, move-in moments, and amenity activations.
- Develop and scale hospitality moments and service rituals that exceed expectations and foster emotional loyalty.
The Art of Neighboring and Community Partnerships:
- Lead “The Art of Neighboring” initiative, creating meaningful local and national partnerships that support superior and customized resident experiences.
- Strategically align event programming with resident demographics to drive engagement, enhance satisfaction, increase renewals, and positively impact rent per square foot.
- Serve as a connector between communities and local businesses, influencers, and vivid partners to activate each neighborhood uniquely.
Social Media, Influencer Strategy and Content Creation:
- Develop tailored programs alongside Marketing to amplify resident experiences through social media, short-form video, photography, and branded storytelling.
- Create playbooks and toolkits for onsite teams that highlight best practices in resident-driven content, trend engagement, and visual brand consistency.
- Build relationships with micro- and macro-influencers to enhance property visibility and strengthen community brand positioning.
Programming and Customer Insights:
- Create and lead scalable playbooks for food and beverage offerings, amenity activation, wellness programming, and seasonal community events.
- Partner with Marketing to conduct focus groups and resident feedback loops to gather insights and inform future hospitality decisions, programs, and experiences.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that differentiate the brand and increase customer lifetime value.
Training, Segmentation, and Brand Alignment
- Partner with People Services and Learning and Development to build and deliver hospitality training modules that support service excellence across all levels of the organization.
- Support segmentation strategy by aligning hospitality approaches to specific asset types, customer profiles, and brand identities to drive both operational and experiential success.
- Coach and support onsite teams to ensure consistent delivery of hospitality standards and flawless execution of the resident experience.

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, luxury service, multifamily property management, or brand experience strategy.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale hospitality or service programs across a portfolio or national footprint.
- Expertise in content creation, influencer collaboration, and modern marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, event production, and brand storytelling.
- Proficient in resident feedback platforms, CRM, and property management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Visionary thinker who blends data with creativity to deliver powerful experiences.
