United States onlyWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scheduler to lead and elevate scheduling practices across our organization. This individual will provide strategic oversight of all project schedules, manage and mentor a team of schedulers, and serve as the subject matter expert for planning, sequencing, and schedule risk management on complex commercial construction projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of scheduling experience in commercial construction, with a General Contractor
- Proven stability in employment history
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Extensive experience with Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and delay/claims analysis
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and construction sequencing
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring schedulers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
