Assistant Manager, Fund Administration (Waterfall) - India

Juniper Square is seeking an Assistant Manager, Fund Administration (Waterfall) to oversee the complex financial operations of private equity vehicles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in private equity mathematics and technical proficiency in ASC 946 and FIS Investran.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of experience in private equity industry
• Technical capacity to manually calculate private equity waterfalls
• Functional expertise in ASC 946 (Investment Company Accounting)
• Power-user of FIS Investran
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
• Experience with clawback provisions and multi-tiered distribution models
• Ability to deconstruct Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA) language
